I really like Groovy. Anyone who wants to call themselves “the leader of the laughers” would be someone that I would want to spend time with. I also love the fact that he also took care of teenage runaways! It seems as though he was doing exactly what he wanted to be doing at that point in his life and it probably felt really good. It was as if he was on top of the World (or at least the Hippy scene in NYC) and that he was untouchable. Of course, none of us are.
